I loved this recipe and will definitely make it again! The prep time of 15 minutes is a little misleading because it assumes the avocado is already pitted and mashed and that your bacon is already cooked and crumbled. I used turkey bacon and tomato instead of the red peppers. I also sprinkled a little shredded cheddar cheese on top. It was delicious! The guacamole would be a great dip with just the taco sauce and garlic salt.
