This was pretty good! My BF doesn't like hamburger helper, so I didn't tell him what it was and he was none the wiser. I used hamburger insetad of turkey and sharp cheddar cheese instead of the mozzarella. Cheap and easy!

Hubby got home early and seen the hamburger helper boxes, which is banned in our house, lol. He was very skeptical, but after it was cooked he said he loved it! I added a little more broccoli than called for, and more of the spices it called for. Pinch of salt, and it defintaly was a change to the same old dinner menu. It was a hit at my house.

My family and I loved it but I had to make several modifications since I didn't have the Hamburger Helper. In place of the HH sauce packet I used a packet of Knorr's herb and garlic sauce, tsp of onion powder, the cheese packet from a box of Kraft Mac and cheese, and then grated Asiago, Romano and Parmegian cheeses that I added at the end with the mozerella. I also used the noodles from the mac and cheese in place of the noodles from the HH. One final replacement, I used the food critic's suggestion and used lemonade in place of water.

I made this last night but with the water and milk measurements on the Hamburger Helper box, and also added a little more of the broccoli/califlower mix I used. It came out pretty good. I usually like Hamburger Helper anyway, but my husband doesn't, and he approved.
