EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Be careful to not overcook the manicotti, which will make it tear when filling.

To complete the meal, serve it with a tossed green salad with Italian dressing, crusty bread, and low-fat ice cream for dessert.

I was sceptical of this recipe but it ended up coming together and was very easy to make. The family loved it. I super chopped the broccoli in a food processor and the kids didn't even know what they were eating. I will serve this again because it was incredibly healthy and it was easy to get in a few servings of veggies.
