EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Albacore tuna is a high-fat tuna with a delicate flavor. It is the palest of all tuna, and only albacore may be labeled "white tuna." Albacore is also the most expensive canned tuna.

Use 3 teaspoons of dried dill weed in place of the fresh dill; the flavor and color of dried dill will be less intense than that of fresh dill.
