I just got done making and eating this. I will be using this in the future. We improvised on the veggies since only had one bag (which is not normal). And will have to keep a box of chex just for this. We dont normally have it as the hubby works for Malt-o-Meal but we had some left over from puppy chow at Christmas and we had just a little over enough. Thanks much!

This was really great. I will be using this recipe from now on for my tuna casserole. I didn't roll the chex on butter (to cut back on fat) I had to improvise with different veggies. Loved it!!!

I liked it a lot. Very easy and tasty! I also used some parmesan cheese in the butter to roll over the chex... My guests loved it too!
