package (16 ounces) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed and drained

cup creamy Parmesan or cucumber dressing

  • 1 Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Rinse with cold water; drain. Toss with remaining ingredients.
  • 2 Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

For a cold salad without having to refrigerate after preparation, finish rinsing the tortellini and vegetables in cold water. Store the can of tuna and bottle of dressing in the refrigerator until preparing the salad.
