this was very easy to make (witch is always a plus to me). i really liked it. it was a fancy version of my normal tuna sandwitch but adding the tomato made it seem more healthy. the hard part is to get my husband to try new things and like them as well.

Delicious, quick & easy. A couple of hints: Heat the tuna mixture in the M/W on high for 45 seconds before spreading on toasted bread. The tomato slices are much easier to bite into and won't slide off if you use peeled tomatoes or cut small slits in skin of slices before putting on sandwich.
