This pie was wonderful. I made it as directed except I used pineapple jello instead of lemon because my family does not like lemon. It still tasted great. I will say that after you add the whipping cream to the mixture it takes longer than 15 minutes to get firm enough to mound in the crust. In fact, mine took an hour and still wasn't real firm. After the pie stayed in the fridge overnight it was firm enough to cut and eat.
