Made this the other night. Awesome! I loved the raspberry dressing. Never had it before, it is now my favorite! I put this salad in a tortilla and poured more dressing, and ate it as a wrap. It was awesome.

I love this recipe. I switch the mango for madrian oranges. If I dont have red bell pepper I sub roasted rell bell pepper or green bell peppers. But you can do alot with the mixture of the sweet fruit and spicey blackened chicken.

Love that you include diabetic recipes!!This was scrumptious...made it first with the raspberry and the second time, didn't check frig for it and used pomegranate and it was delicious, too. Love chicken salads and usually make extra chicken and freeze leftovers for that spur of the moment craving.

This salad reminds me of the long summers at the beach. Cool, colorful, delicious, just what you want in a light summer meal! It's also great with a nice sesame ginger dressing for a change of pace.

This is great! My husband just raved about it! He said this recipe is a keeper! It's easy and quick to fix. I was a little hesitant about the raspberry dressing, but I bought some low fat, low sugar and it turned out to be the kicker. It is a little spicy hot, but great tasting!
