I am a single mom of 3 very busy active children and these nut bars are simple and quick. I made them one year for an annual "Cookie Party" at Christmas time and they were a hit that people still ask about. I highly recommend this recipe to anyone who needs a quick cookie recipe and doesnt have alot of time on their hands.
