Enjoyed this recipe the first time around and then made it the second time and used French vanilla whipped toppping . I then decided to add another layer so I made as directed then spread fresh raseberry jam on the white chocolate topping, then I used chocolate fudge pudding mixed with more French vanilla topping on the top of the raseberrry jam. Then chilled again and topped with real whipped cream, shaved white and dark chocolate and fresh raseberries.Remember to keep it chilled.I did not freeze this desert. I made it early in the day and allowed it to completely chill thru.I later served it with raseberry champagne

I made this recipe for my daughters birthday and our family really liked it. My daughter requested the recipe (good sign). Be careful not to over bake the brownie. I got the edge a little crispy, but it was still a good dessert. I made it with the raspberries as pictured. I plan to be making it again and again. Maybe even will try with strawberries too.

This recipe is amazing. I've used it several times in place of a traditional birthday cake and everyone always loves it. If you love ice cream cakes but want something lighter this is a great choice. This will be a permanent addition to my recipe box!

Great crowd pleaser. Don't overbake the brownie, as I did. But it was a hit. I should have read the reviews to let the dessert stand at room temp for awhile before serving. The brownie was rock-hard. But it didn't slow down the eaters. This is staying on my recipe list to make again!

This recipe is pretty easy and very tasty! I used Ghirardelli brand brownies & chocolate to make it a bit richer (from my choco-holic family). Plus I topped with strawberries and a hard chocolate shell drizzle for added decorations. Came out great, but I def. like it better if you don''t leave it in the freezer for too long!

I found this recipe easy & delicious. I used the suggestion of another reviewer to add some choc chips to the brownie batter & extra in the topping. That was perfect for us chocolate lovers. I found this tastier when left at room temperature a couple hours before eating - also easier to cut! the brownie bottom is rock hard right from the freezer. Try this if you like chocolate and don''t like spending time in the kitchen!

This recipe was really delicious. The mousse has a subtle flavor that really compliments the brownie. I did the recipe exactly as listed and my brownie stayed soft. Great and easy recipe that you can keep around for awhile because its refrigerated, but i really recommend keeping it in the fridge, not the freezer, if you plan on eating it continuously because it takes while to thaw and never really starts to melt in the fridge.
