I made these for my office-mates. I put them in regular-sized muffin cups, though. Also, I topped them with an Andes mint which was excellent because the mint flavor melted into the cupcake. Will definitely make these again; everyone loved them!

I made these for a cookie exchange, I wasn't sure what to expect. They are little brownie bites, and with the toppings they look adorable. I topped them with Pecan halves, cherries, peppermint Hershey kisses, and chocolate stars. When I arranged them on a large round platter, they looked beautiful. I used a very small icecream scoop to dole out the dough. They are very tastey! However, my first pan turned out just a bit dry, I cut the baking time for the rest. The recipe says that it makes 6 doz., I made 8 doz.

These were very easy to make. I used the many different Hershey Kiss flavors (Peppermint, Carmel, Cherry, etc). I will definately use this recipe again when I need to bring something to a cookie exchange.

These are adorable! Very rich chocolate taste. Everyone went nuts over these at the cookie exchange! Next time I might try adding some walnuts.

These are delicious "mini brownies". I found that baking them about 8 minutes was plenty of time. They were good and moist - not dry. I made them for a wedding shower and got plenty of compliments and a request for the recipe.
