cups Original Bisquick® mix
cup packed brown sugar
cup baking cocoa
tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
cup semisweet chocolate chips
cup white baking chips
teaspoon shortening
  1. Heat oven to 350º. Mix Bisquick mix, brown sugar and cocoa in large bowl. Stir in butter and eggs until soft dough forms. Stir in chocolate chips.
  2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely, about 20 minutes.
  3. Melt white baking chips and shortening in small microwavable bowl uncovered on Medium-High (70%) 1 minute; stir. Continue to microwave 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each time, until chips can be stirred smooth. Spoon into resealable plastic food-storage bag. Cut very small tip from corner of bag. Drizzle over cookies.
