these cookies are my GO-TO cookies. everyone loves them, which is surprising because a lot of people don't like butterscotch. anyway, to i make sure to use the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie mix instead of the regular chocolate chip cookie mix. it adds something extra and it absolutely delicious!

I made these for a game night party i had with my 18yr old friends and everyone loved them. however, instead of using the chocolate chip premade mix, i used the oatmeal mix which complimented the chips very nicely. i then added the white chocolate chips and the chocolate chips as well as the butterscotch, which really added something special.

Very yummy. At first I wasn't sure about the butterscotch, but it turned out good. I think next time though I will just use the butterscotch instead of white chocolate.
