pint (2 cups) strawberries, sliced

cup raspberries

cup blueberries

cup sugar

cup raspberry- or orange-flavored liqueur or orange juice

sponge shortcake cups

cups lemon sorbet or sherbet
  1. Toss berries, sugar and liqueur. Let stand 1 hour.
  2. Top each shortcake cup with sorbet and berries.
