Yummy, taste like soft peanut butter oatmeal cookies, great flavor. I had a problem with the M&M's melting, but I think that freezing them first would do the trick. Substitutions: I used sliced almonds instead of peanuts and added dried cranberries and apricots. Yumm (and great for a snack in lunch for afternoon energy)

I''ve made this cookie a few times when going to a party. People absolutely love them and there are never any leftovers. It has so much going on between the oatmeal, peanut butter, and M&Ms! It''s a definite winner for a crowd.
