cups milk
1/2
cup sugar
1/4
cup white rice
1/4
teaspoon salt
1/4
teaspoon nutmeg
1
teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Combine all ingredients together and poor into casserole dish. Back uncovered at 325.
  2. When light brown skin begins to form, stir and continue baking until a second brown skin forms( about 2 1/2 hours all together)
  3. If extra ingredients are desired(raisins etc.) add 1 1/2 hours before pudding is done
