Ingredients

1: package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini

6: cups bite-size pieces mixed salad greens

1: cup sliced mushrooms (3 ounces)

1/2: cup smoked whole almonds

2: medium carrots, sliced (1 cup)

3/4: cup ranch dressing
