lb sliced Canadian bacon, cut into quarters

lb smoked Gouda cheese, cubed

medium peaches or nectarines, sliced

cup honey Dijon dressing
  1. In large bowl, toss spinach, bacon, cheese and peaches.
  2. Drizzle with dressing; toss.
