This was a hit at my house last night! I couldn't find the nacho cheese flavored Hamburger Helper so I used regular cheeseburger macaroni. I seasoned the ground beef with taco seasoning and added corn to the recipe. i also added sour cream and used both hard tortillas and soft corn tortillas. My hubby, my teenager and my 9 year old gave it thumbs up!

This was sooo good. I used a large onion, and added corn. I also chopped scallions and tomato and put on top after it came out of the oven. I will definitely be make this again very soon.

This was super good & super easy. It's great with a dollop of sour cream and black olives. Adding froze corn to the mix tastes great too. My husband ate 1/2 the pan.

Instead of using the tortillas-I mixed in about half a bag of nacho cheese Doritos. Gave it a nice crunchy texture.
