As beautiful as they look, they aren't worth the mess of preparing them. The topping falls off when you move them to the plate and the tomatoes are mushy. Next time, I'll dice the tomatoes, mix in the other ingredients and put it on top of toasted French bread for a feta bruchetta.

2 minutes seems a bit long to cook tomatoes, but over all, a tasty recipe. I think I will add garlic next time.

In the microwave 2 minutes!!! is this right I did this and in the first 2 minutes my tomatoes were total flat mush!! This is the worst recipe I have ever tried!!!

I love feta cheese so this was a good way to use up a bounty of summer tomatoes. I did add garlic powder to the recipe - sprinkled a little of it over the feta and tomatoes. I also left out the salt as the feta I used was packed in brine and salty enough.
