Fantastic flavor, very unique. 10x better than canned tomato soup. I served it with some multigrain baguettes and it was phenomenal!

This soup is absolutely delicious. The whole family enjoyed this because of it's excellent texture and flavorful combination of fennel and tomato. I made this recipe with the Betty Crocker Roasted Rosemary Chicken recipe. These two recipes went very well together. I strongly recommend this because it was easy and heats up well.

Great soup! It was easy to make. Check out the low calories per serving. I tossed in leftover black beans when I served it the second night. Crusty bread is a must for mopping up all the good soup.
