  • 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut the tops off 2 large tomatoes, remove stem end, and reserve for lids. remove the tomato pulp and add it to rice and hamburger mix. 1 4th cup cooked rice, 1 half cup cheese of choice. 1 4th cup precooked hamburger. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 4th teaspoon of Mrs. Dash, or all seasoning.
  • 2 Mix all but 1 4th cup of cheese together. Stuff tomatoes. Put lids on top, and cover with as much remaining cheese as you can.
  • 3 Pam spray small baking pan. Put bubblers in pan and bake for 20 minutes to half an hour. All cheese should be melted.
