This is delicious!!! Will definitely keep this recipe!!! I chopped my pecans fine only because I didn't have very many and did not want to go to the store. Making these to take to my daughter's co-workers- I am anxious to hear how they like them!!! (Also, I made them smaller than recipe calls for.)

@ FiveIngredientsOrLess, The recipe states to "drop by 1/4 cupfuls", so yes making them 1/4 the size would make "normal" sized cookies at my house. :-)

Is the nutrition info correct? The recipe says it makes 16 cookies, 16 servings, so that's one cookie per serving. Is EACH cookie a whopping 320 calories??!! If so, I'll make them a quarter of the size.

@ purplequeen 1950 - Chocolate covered toffee is also known as a Heath bar. I plan on making these to send out to my nephew in Afghanistan since they look like they'll hold up in transit - and I LOVE Heath bars. Will post a review of the cookie then.
