Toffee Graham Cracker Bars
Tastes like a toffee candy bar
individual squares Graham Cracker
cup brown sugar
cup chopped pecans
Spray bottom of Jelly Roll Pan (10 x 15) with Pam, then line with foil and spray again.
Arrange crackers in a single layer in pan.
Combine butter and sugar in saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil for 2 minutes; stir in vanilla.
Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake 10 minutes at 350. Break into smaller pieces when cool.
