cup chopped pecans
  1. Spray bottom of Jelly Roll Pan (10 x 15) with Pam, then line with foil and spray again.
  2. Arrange crackers in a single layer in pan.
  3. Combine butter and sugar in saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil for 2 minutes; stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans.
  5. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Break into smaller pieces when cool.
