Three ingredient appetizer! These cute kabobs are loaded with big flavor thanks to Giardiniera, salami and Swiss cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Giardiniera vegetable mix (from 16-ounce jar), drained
  • 40 cubes (1/2 inch) hard salami (about 1/2 pound)
  • 40 cubes (1/2 inch) Swiss cheese (about 1/4 pound)

Steps

    Cut larger pieces of vegetable mix into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • 2
    Alternate pieces of salami, vegetables and cheese on toothpicks.
