Made this using Swai and Panko bread crumbs. I followed the directions to the T, and it was fabulous! My husband didn't think he'd like the cucumber salad on top, but he loved it - it's the perfect tangy bite to go along with the crunchy, lemon-pepper fish. I will be making this often!

Absolutely delicious! It was a real hit with my hubby. Tip: keep 1st batch warm in 200° oven while cooking 2nd batch; but be careful to slightly undercook in pan before putting in the oven. The fish will dry-out if you don't.

This is a great summer recipe. Especially when veggies are in season...or better yet out of your own garden.

This dish was so easy. Of course flouring and breading is a messy job, that's why you keep one hand clean, only use one hand in the egg wash, flour, crumbs, etc... I think that this is a great summer recipe. The cucumber and red pepper salad is really quite refreshing. I found that the cooking time on the fish was a little longer than specified, but you always know to check and that these times vary with different cooking surfaces. Will definately make again and again. And as far as the lemon-pepper blend, maybe that users was too old, mine smells like lemon and pepper!!!

Not a bad recipe- my brother-in-law got together to make this for Mother's day luncheon. he complained that it got a little messy, but after seeing the video her on this website on how to cook w/panko crumbs- I'll try it next time (looks cleaner & easier), he also said that it needed some sea salt to bring out the flavor- it did have a little lemon aftertaste, but the fish did cook pretty well.

This recipe looked fabulous but tasted terrible! Smell the lemon-pepper before you add it. If you don''t like the smell of it, you will NOT like the taste of it. We had to toss the whole batch of beautiful fish because of the terrible lemon-pepper flavor that totally ruined the dish. Lesson learned.
