This was a great recipe, my kids loved it. My son is a very picky eater and he wanted seconds! I omitted the tarragon and used dried dill and I added some minced garlic to the spinach. It was great!

We really liked this. I just made the sauce for the fish...minus the tarragon leaves. It was really really good!!! I added some garlic parsley salt to the sauce also because we love garlic a lot. The sauce would be good on chicken or pork chops also. It is a keeper!!!
