What a vibrant, low-calorie main dish. Bow-tie pasta cradles a sauce of tomatoes and colorful bell peppers.

I made this using large chunks of peppers instead of strips because I thought it would be easier to eat. When completed, I combined the sauce and pasta so it could be taken to work. It was good but the past absorbed some of the sauce and extra was needed. The peppers added a nice sweetness.

Amazing! The only modification I made was to add garlic and cayenne pepper to the oil prior to adding the peppers to saute them. Remember that the sauce you add to the peppers will make or brake the dish.

This turned out really good but I did make some changes. I just used the red and yellow peppers. I added chicken and broccoli. I also used a spicy pasta sauce. I sauted the vegetables in a tablespoon of oil and garlic for extra flavor, then I added crushed red pepper and a little hot sauce. It was really good and will make this again.

Would be better if it had some seasoning to it and a creamy sauce to go with it. It was ok. Prep time was descent. Just tasted okay. Like it says peppers with pasta. Nothing new. Needs to be jazzed up somehow.

I just finished enjoying this very simple dish that is a great side dish that is filling and has a sweetness to it. I can imagine that putting a little sausage in it would make it a great main course. Thanks for the recipe.
