I made this for dinner tonight and all in all it turned out very good:) I do believe that 40 minutes is a little too long to bake this dish because the shells came out a tad bit crunchy but it was still excellent:)

I was looking for some new recipes to try out & found this one. Thought it sounded interesting & different so I got everything & made it yesterday for supper along with some yummy Strawberry Blossoms & they were both so amazing. Kids loved them & wanted more! & the blossoms topped it off nicely for dessert! AMAZING!!

This was the BEST and EASIEST of any stuffed shell recipe I have ever made. I followed the recipe 100% of the way. This is one of “those” recipes that you can make for the first time and not be embarrassed about serving for dinner the same night. I made the entire box of shells as some of them broke, cooked together, etc. If you use the 13 x 9 pan, only 24 shells (which is what the recipe calls for) will fit in your pan. I tried to squeeze more in, but was unsuccessful. Haha. This recipe fed myself, my husband, our 2.5 year old, our neighbor (who ate 8 of the shells) and our neighbor’s wife. AND we still have leftovers!!! I was HIGHLY impressed with this recipe and have shared it with family and co-workers.

I absolutely love this recipe and so does my family and friends. It is great for a family dinner or for a platter to bring to a party. There is no wrong way to make these. Each time I seem to forget to add one of the cheeses (Parm or Italian) into the mix but either way it comes out great. I just make sure to sprinkle them both on top at the end. My little brother liked it so much he asked me to buy more,.. he didn't understand that I actually made them myself :)

I loved this recipe! My boyfriend was very impressed since I don't cook that often and it was super easy! I used spicy sausage for the meat to give it a little kick.

I thought it would be harder to make but it was very easy. I made it for my parents and husband and they loved it. I will be making this dish often. I loved it. They said if they didnt see me make it they would have thought that I went out and bought them for a resturant. This dish for me gets more then just 5 stars!

A big hit with the guys. They neither one like cream cheese but loved this recipe. I couldn't find chive and onion cream cheese so I diced an onion and added to my hamburger when browning. Might try sausage next time. Def will be making this often.

A family hit! I change it up sometimes by adding 1/2 lb of sweet italian sausage and then use italian sausage pasta sauce. This recipe is so easy to make, my grandkids help me make it and are so proud to serve it!
