Sprinkle thinly sliced green onions on top of the creamed corn just before serving to give the dish a dash of color.

Reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel) can be used in place of the regular cream cheese.

This was super easy to make. I made it the day before using frozen corn from my garden. It was a little runny, but the next day it was the perfect consistancy.

I make this every year for Thanksgiving. It's always a hit. I add diced jalapeno's for a kick.
