This was super easy to make. I made it the day before using frozen corn from my garden. It was a little runny, but the next day it was the perfect consistancy.

I make this every year for Thanksgiving. It's always a hit. I add diced jalapeno's for a kick.

This is the best corn ever! Everybody loves it. It is now a tradition at our christmas dinner! It also helps out since you cook it in a crock pot, it frees up stove room.

Served this for Thanksgiving Dinner and everyone raved about it, even those who are not big fans of corn. So easy and delicious. Recipe says 2 to 3 hours, and I think it was pretty much done in 2 hours. I used one bag of white corn, and one of yellow corn to mix it up a bit! Try it, you will love it!

Made this recipe a couple of times last year for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is rich and creamy, something a little different than traditional corn casseroles. My family prefered it when cooked longer than the initial cooking time, seemed to improve the flavor. Wonderful recipe for taking on the go, as well as reheated the day after. The only issue I had was the edges of the sauce will brown in the crock pot after cooking longer, or reheating. Just keep it stirred and shouldn't be a problem.

This was the best corn I've ever had. All my guests were very pleased with my new recipe find. The next day I heated it up on the stove slowly and it was just as good as the first day. I've given the recipe to several friends.
