I love this recipe. I have like garlic so I add a little when I cook the chicken. I also use a egg free mayo substitute, and GF cream of chicken - can't tell the difference.

this was really good,I used green onions chopped,to mix instead of canned,my husband doesn't like those. the curry really adds alot of flavor and very good for you.fairly healthy meal.yummy!
