Ingredients

  • 1 wedge (4 oz) blue cheese
  • 1 wedge (4 oz) Brie cheese
  • 4 oz pepper Jack cheese, diced
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese, diced
  • 1 bunch fresh green or purple grapes
  • 1/2 cup dried golden raisins, cranberries and/or apricots
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 30 flatbread or water crackers
  • 30 thin wheat crackers

Steps

  • 1
    Place cheeses on wooden block or platter. Arrange fruit, walnuts and crackers around cheeses.
  • 2
    Place small signs indicating the different types of cheeses. Serve and enjoy!
