I THINK THESE WOULD BE CUTER IF THEY ADDED SOME ORANGE AND YELLOW IN THE WHITE IN THE TAIL FEATHERS... AND USE WHITE WITH A DROP OF BROWN FOR EYES..MAYBE A LITTLE RED UNDER THE CHIN...OTHER WISE I THINK IT WOULD BE NICE...JUST NEEDS MORE HOLIDAY COLORS!!!

These are the absolute CUTEST cupcakes EVER! I made them for a work party. They were a total hit! I used yellow and orange candy melt with the chocolate for the feathers. It made them very festive. The one thing I found slightly difficult was that the chocolate in the feathers didn't seem to to stay set. They seemed to get soft. Maybe it was because i used Giradelli chocolate, but I'm not quite sure. Overall, very delicious!

I thought this recipie was wonderful, too cute also. Very easy but the piping of the chocolate was a little tough. I just made normal cupcakes, iced them in chocolate then pieped the chocolate, put on the wings and the hershey kiss. I didn''t make any adjustments to the batter or icing. Overall it was a success. My class loved them and so did the teacher!.

The only thing that was difficult about this recipe is the melted chocolate for the turkey feathers.It was time comsuming but other than that, I got great reviews about them. Everyone liked them alot.Great for holidays or parties.
