Make your favorite restaurant meal at home! Expect the dish to resemble a very flavorful broth, which is typical of many Thai dishes. Like your Thai food quite hot? Just add another chili or two.

This was sooooooo delicious. My husband loved it. I added shrimp towards the end for more protein and served it over jasmine rice.

I made this a few nights ago, I don't know what went wrong. The flavor was off, & I followed the recipe to a "T". However I did double the recipe because we have a large family. so I umped the flavor up with about 2 1/2T more of ginger and about 2 T or curry powder + 2T of sugar. After all the tweaks it was perfect.

This was just alright for me. My fiancé loved it though. We both thought it was a little too soupy. I might try it again with a smaller can or less amount of coconut milk. Used more veggies so I didnt feel as guilt using the regular coconut milk. Used 3 small red chilies given to us by a family member so I'm not sure what kind but that was perfect!

Very simple and delicious. My husband loves Thai food and is quite the critic. He loved this one! My only change was that I eliminated the tomatoes and added some diced onion instead.

Oh my goodness, delicious! I made this dish minus cilantro and garlic clove and instead used garlic salt. I used two serrano chiles and one jalapeno, perfect bite..end product tastes a bit like chicken curry. Poured over jasmine rice...PERFECTION!

I used 1 pound uncooked shrimp instead of chicken and add crushed pineapple (drained) to the dish. Also added more pepper. It was GREAT!

I thought it was just OK, but the hubby loved it. I found it a little plain. Next time I'll add more chili and maybe some curry paste.

This recipe is soooooo good! My family loves this. I even made for a church dinner. I knew I was bringing a dish to be proud of. I would not want to use plain white rice. Jasmine rice is fragrant and adds flavor to it. Also here's a tip: Kikoman soy sauce works best. I thought all soy sauce brands were the same but they are not. I tried a different brand on this once and was disappointed with the loss of flavor. Everything about this recipe is delicious! I highly recommend it. Yum yum!!!

This recipe covers all bases...a new delicious flavor, easy to put together, healthy and low cost. What more could you ask for?? I found it easiest to pre cut and place together ingredients in order of use. It cooks so quickly the prep made it a breeze! Also add more peppers to add heat, I used two serrano peppers and will add more next time.
