Thai Peanut Sauce
cup plain low-fat yogurt
cup creamy peanut butter
cup fat-free (skim) milk
tablespoon soy sauce
teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne), if desired
Mix all ingredients in 10-inch nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to thicken.
