Thai-Marinated Chicken Thighs

Everybody complimented the Thai Marinated Chicken Thighs the first time I tried the recipe. We will use this one again. I served it with cucumber sticks and ranch dressing, plus freezer-department egg rolls drizzled with a stir-fry sauce I had on hand for an easy dinner. One note to Betty Crocker – I’ve started pulling recipes on my smart phone while I am at the store and can see what is on sale. This turned out to be slow and difficult. The Betty Crocker site is very difficult to navigate on a smart phone, especially accessing the login. Looking for a better solution, I downloaded and installed the Betty Crocker mobile app in my smart phone. I was very disappointed when the app could not even find this recipe.
