Head Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

* Peeled & Sliced Cucumber

* Red Pepper (sliced)

Cup Crispy Asian Noodles

Cloves Chopped Garlic
  1. Whisk together peanut butter, hot water, soy sauce, lime juice,& garlic. Evenly divide lettuce, chicken, cucumber, & red pepper among plates.
  2. Top each serving with the Peanut-Dressing, scallions, & crispy noodles. Serve any remaining dressing on the side.
