Tbsp Reduced-Sodium Soy Sauce

Head Shredded Iceberg Lettuce

Cups Shredded, cooked Chicken

* Peeled & Sliced Cucumber

* Red Pepper (sliced)

* Sliced Scallions

Cup Crispy Asian Noodles
2
Cloves Chopped Garlic

  • 1 Whisk together peanut butter, hot water, soy sauce, lime juice,& garlic. Evenly divide lettuce, chicken, cucumber, & red pepper among plates.
  • 2 Top each serving with the Peanut-Dressing, scallions, & crispy noodles. Serve any remaining dressing on the side.
