im not doubting cnneaye as i used it to treat severe bloody noses which i never get anymore. plus i now rarely bruise and my heart beats stronger and i definetly appreciate it.but im having a hard time finding a medical/scientific study specificaly explaing HOW cnneaye pepper effects the heart and how it benefits overall cardiovascular health.

I am amazed you have done all this Renee. What a tnlaet!!! I love to eat as well and try new things ..many a guinea pig my family has been!!! Good luck with this blog ..I'm gonna love it!!!!

I didn't like this much at all. My husband thought it was okay. It tasted fishy to me although I followed the recipe exactly, not at all what I expected.

I made this salad for my sister and my three children, ages 7,9 and 11. Everyone LOVED it. It was easy, it is nutritious and the flavors and textures are wonderful. I will be making this recipe on a regular bases. It is also nice to take to a potluck as just a salad. This one is a winner.

I thought this was a great sandwich. It was easy to prepareand has alot of taste. If you enjoy different types of flavors, then this is for you. It also is a great entertaining idea.
