This recipe has been around our family for years. It is very good and simple to make The real Spanish name for it is called Migas. You can leave out the peppers and it is still just as good.If you need something good and quick this is it.

I tried this recipe and found I have to omit the hot peppers next time or reduce the amount. I am very sensitive to items hot. My fault I guess it really won't be tex ex if you leave out the peppers. I will go on to something else milder next time.
