Very good. May add 2 packages of sausage next time. Mine actually was refrigerated for over 12 hours before baking, and it was fine.

Made this for Christmas brunch. A BIG hit with my family, everone went back for seconds. I did add 1/4 cup of butter to the hash browns, but that was the only change I made to this great recipe.

Easy to assemble but tends to be a little on greasy side. More eggs might make it a little fluffier but it still was a big hit with our group gathering.

A Good recipe. I do add julienned peppers , as well as mushrooms, so this can be a full meal too .( A side note, I do toast wheat sandwich bread,put margarine(or butter) on both side to put on the bottom layer,and the casserole is even more tasty !
