Very moist and tasty, my boyfriend complains that he doesnt like meatloaf b/c it was always so dry everytime he has had it but not this! He enjoyed it and had seconds. Didnt eat with salsa and used regular diced tomatoes with out chillies just because thats what I had on hand.

I was a bit skeptical. But it was such an amazingly easy recipe! And low cal too! Can't beat that! And best of all, my kids devoured it. My smallest one didn't eat all of hers, and her older sister was happy to polish it off!

This recipe is acceptable, although I think adapting the original B Crocker meatloaf recipe with chili poweder and garlic/herb seasoning in place of sage, keeping the bread crumbs and worcestershire sauce, and using a real egg, produces a superior result.
