This recipe was quite strong, as the main sauce is limited to teriyaki sauce. I would try to dilute it somehow if you make this. Use the crunchy chow mein noodles - I used spaghetti noodles and it was only ok. I loved the fresh vegetables in it, but again the taste was overpowered by all the teriyaki, and I love teriyaki.
