This recipe is awesome!! Made it tonight exactly as recipe says and it turned out soooo good! Paired it with chipotle-cheddar mashed potatoes and corn, black bean and salsa salad. Will definitely make this again and might just use as a marinade for chicken, turkey or even flank steak.

What a way to "Spice it up"!!!! This recipe was FIRE! I'm mexican so I tweeked it a little. If you're going to do bone-in, you might as well do the whole turkey. Otherwise, next time I'll just do boneless turkey breast. I prepared it the night before and left it marinading overnight. I used tequila "Reposado" instead of gold. I peeled the skin off and placed it all in an oven bag to keep it moist. I will definitely do this again....just boneless!!!
