A longtime favorite in many kitchens, this creamy turkey and pasta dish is fancy enough for entertaining and quick enough for weeknight meals.

I used left over turkey and this was delicious. With all the cheese and cream it's not a very healthy option, but it is a real comfort food for around the holidays.

Very good - added a little garlic salt, red pepper and tyme because it didn't have any spices. My husband loved it. We would make it again. But I would cut it in half since there are just 2 of us.

I use this recipe, but i add sauteed bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives (only occasionally though). Then I use the cream of chicken and mushroom soup, and i add cheese in the recipe (with parmesan), and just a couple of shakes of crushed red peppers (my fam likes it spicy) and bake until bubbling...

My family loves this, I always make extra to have some another night. I add extra half-n-half that way it doesnt dry out in the oven. I add cheese in the noodles and then put cheese on top then sprinkle parmesan cheese on top also.

We love this dish. Its easy to make, the only problem is it makes so much. Great to take to a pot luck. I use chicken instead of turkey. Yummy

EASY INGREDIENTS AND EASY PREP! MY KIDS AND HUSBAND LOVED IT! I DID NOT USE THE ALMONDS, OLIVES OR CHEDDAR. I REPLACED WITH PARMESAN CHEESE INSTEAD. YUM!

This one was a winner with my husband. I modified it a bit though. I used chicken instead of turkey. I used a 16 oz package of spaghetti instead of 7 oz. I used the shortcut version, using cans of cream of mushroom and cream of chicken and the milk. I omitted the white wine (not my taste) as well as the olives and almonds. I used about 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar in the casserole and added pepper. Then I topped the casserole with parmesan cheese and more cheddar. (It's my personal belief you can never have too much cheese!) It turned out really good! A definite do-over!

I didn't put the olives or almonds in the recipe. I like almonds and olives, but cringed at the thought of them in this recipe. My family liked it, but we all agreed that parmesan cheese should be used instead of cheddar. We actually sprinkled quite a bit of parmesan cheese and pepper on it, and it tasted really good. Great way to use up leftover turkey. I was surprised how good the noodles were in a dish that was baked...there was enough sauce to be absorbed by the noodles, so they didn't end up crunchy-weird.
