This has become a weekday standby in my house. Using turkey instead of meat (and I love beef, but try to stay healthy) gives it a lighter, but still moist, texture. The herbs really give it a warm, deep and flavorful taste, which is offset nicely by the sweet ketchup glaze.
I often make this on Fridays ahead of time, leave in the fridge all day (the herbs really soak in), and pop it in the oven that night. The house smells like the comfort of a warm, hearty meal on a cold and blustery day by the time it's done.
