Ingredients

2/3: cup Caesar dressing

1: teaspoon ground cumin

2: bags (10 oz each) classic romaine lettuce salad or hearts of romaine lettuce

1: pint (2 cups) grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes

1: cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)

2: cups coarsely broken lime-flavored or regular tortilla chips

We've made this salad for years to take to pot luck dinners. It is really easy to make and always gets rave reviews. I would definitely go with the lime tortilla chips over regular. So happy to see this salad on the website!

Sounds really wonderful. I will have to try it sometime soon. Normally I will only eat tortilla chips with Old El Paso Salsa. And I could live off of that combo.
