It was quick and easy, but the dijon was a little strong for my kids, 8 and 4, so I added sour cream after the dijon. I am a slow chopper, so I completed all the prep work a few days prior, and it took me about 10-15 minutes from cutting board to plate. Definitely will prepare again, as my kids and my husband ate it!!
